Fraudulent Mental Health Diagnosing Will Determine the Right to Own or Possess a Firearm

For years now, even decades, the left has been trying to grab guns from law abiding Americans. Usually, the cries to disarm begin just after a mass shooting, especially school shootings. The Second Amendment is a mighty force, though, and law makers understand removing those rights from the Constitution are simply pipe dreams. So, rather than use the full frontal to remove guns from American homes, the left is doing and end-around, bringing in none other than the most fraudulent of medical voodoo, psychiatry. 

The deep thinkers within the Biden Administration are going to provide “training and assistance” to the mental health community to grab guns.  Those who are responsible for diagnosing whether someone is a threat to themselves or others will be leading this new program run by the Department of Justice called The National Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) Resource Center.

In a nutshell, ERPO will provide assistance to “law enforcement officials, prosecutors, attorneys, judges, clinicians, victims service and social service providers, community organizations and behavioral health professionals” who will have the power to decide if you are mentally ill and prohibit you from purchasing or possessing a firearm.

Yep. That’s right. One big happy behavioral health family all there to make sure you don’t hurt yourself or others. Of course, the problem with this enormous fraud is that deciding whether someone’s mental health is firearm prohibitive is based on someone’s opinion of the accused behavior, not a real medical condition.

The fact is there is no science to any psychiatric disorder…none. There is no test known to man, such as an X-Ray, CAT scan, urine or blood test that will reveal any known abnormality of the brain that is a psychiatric disorder. Not depression, anxiety, bi-polar or any other alleged psychiatric disorder. None. 

All psychiatric disorders are based on the observation of one’s behavior, not medical condition.  This fraud of psychiatric diagnosing leads to abuse of this power. Because there is no science or medicine associated with a psychiatric diagnosis, one can easily see how personal liberties will be severely abused.

To support this belief, let’s look at a few examples of how psychiatric diagnosing does little to stop violence. Let’s begin with Adam Lanza, the Sandy Hook shooter. He was diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder and “treated” with mind-altering drugs. Then let’s go to Nikolaus Cruz, the shooter at Douglas High School in Parkland, Fl., who was “treated” by the mental health community literally his entire life. Finally, let’s not forget about Audrey Hale the Nashville School Shooter who also was “treated” by the mental health community.  Not one of those in the mental health community thought any of these future shooters were a harm to themselves or others.

Despite the fact that the mental health industry has never found one of the above patients to be a harm to themselves or others, and then went on to murder dozens, Attorney General Merrick Garland believes these new initiatives will reduce gun violence and save lives. 

Ya think? How about the AG provide mental health’s success record? That won’t happen. It can’t. There are no mental health success stories when it comes to the diagnosed and “treated” shooters.

Make no mistake. Despite the cheery rhetoric coming out of the Administration’s mouth pieces, these new Red Flag initiatives are a gun grab made possible by fraudulent mental health diagnosing at your expense.
